Order processing and despatch
Providing your items are in stock, and during non peak seasons your order will be dispatched within 2-4 working days of receiving payment. We ship orders Monday through to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Please note, during peak seasons including the months prior to Christmas, new product launches including Project Packs, or sale periods, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in processing or shipping delays. Please select Express Post if your order requires urgent shipping.
In the instance that your order includes any "preorder" items (as listed in the product description) your entire order will be held and shipped once the preordered item is in stock. Should you wish to receive split shipments, you will need to place two orders online, processing two sets of shipping costs.
Online orders are shipped via Australia Post. We charge a flat rate delivery fee for most products. Special orders for larger non stocked items will incur an additional fee. Regular post is usually received within 3 to 8 working days of postage, and parcel and express post within 2 working days of postage (depending upon location). Please select your postage option during checkout.
Please note if you elect to have your items safe dropped by the applicable delivery service, Pash Studio is not liable for any lost or unlocatable goods.
Likewise, Pash Studio is not liable for goods not collected from a collection point if not collected within the allocated pick up time frame. In this instance that goods are shipped back to our warehouse for failure to collect, the buyer is liable for any onward shipping costs.
Retail orders over $100 receive free postage within Australia.

Please choose carefully, refunds or exchanges are not permitted for change of mind for products ordered online.
If any item(s) ordered online is unavailable for shipping, Pash Studio will notify you and discuss options available including alternate product options or notice of expected delivery.
Pash Studio packages all our goodies with love and care, so the occurrence of transit damage or faulty items is very rare, but should it occur please contact us at info@pashstudio.com.au within 48 hours and we will minimise any inconvenience as best we can.
